Bad Example Shirts products are generally made to order. Please review the following information before placing an order.
Processing and production
Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. Production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, supply interruptions, or when an item requires additional quality review. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping estimates and charges
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on the products in your cart and the delivery address. Delivery estimates begin after production is complete and are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Products in the same order may be produced by different facilities and may arrive in separate packages. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
United States shipping
We ship to supported addresses within the United States. Some products or expedited methods may not be available for P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or other locations restricted by the applicable carrier or production provider.
International shipping
International shipping is available only to destinations supported at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated or collected as shown during checkout. Depending on the destination and the checkout method, customs duties, import fees, brokerage charges, or other local assessments may still be collected from the recipient by local authorities or the carrier. Bad Example Shirts does not control those charges.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Because made-to-order products can enter production quickly, an address change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order is submitted.
If a package is returned because the address supplied at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.
Delays and undelivered orders
Carrier scans and delivery dates can be delayed by weather, customs, service disruptions, peak-volume periods, or other events outside our control. If we cannot ship within a promised time—or within 30 days when no shipping time was promised—we will provide any notice and cancellation or refund option required by applicable law.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier before contacting us. Report packages that appear lost or undelivered as soon as reasonably possible.
